17 foot wood runabout kicker engine5/30/2023 ![]() ![]() Both the front and back seats open to access the gas tank and for storage and there is an additional hatch built in the back deck. ![]() The hull was built exactly to the specifications with the interior customized. All deck screws are plugged with plugs from the same wood. 100% stainless steel for all fasteners and parts. The rest of the boat is 1/4 Sapele with Maple racing stripes over Okoume plywood. The hull is fiberglass over marine grade Okoume plywood (from France) painted midnight blue. Engine has internal oil tank so no premixing. Tops out around 41mph and planes almost immediately. Glen-L Stiletto Custom runabout with two-stoke, 3 cylinder 90hp Nissan/Tohatsu in excellent condition. The boat also retains the period Hacker windshield, steering wheel, and clock-faced instruments. The boat has been stained a unique and attractive dark hue, which also allows the grain to remain beautifully visible. Its original mahogany hull, transom, upper planking, and trim. New upholstery and vinylįlooring was completed in 2016. Two-year restoration that included rechroming and electrical work.
